Since 2017, BG/JSM Gardening Services has provided high quality, professional, and reliable gardening services in Plymouth. Over this time, we have established a spotless reputation and dedicated clientele, with glowing reviews and 100% five-star ratings across major online platforms, including Yell, Google, Facebook, and Bark.
Perhaps most significantly, we acquired the distinguished BALI accreditation (British Association Landscape Industries), which attests to the exceptionally high standards of our work practices, safety protocols, and health and risk mitigation procedures. The BALI accreditation also comes with the benefit of having a dispute resolution team in case clients have issues with our work although we have not yet come close to using it. Notably, we are also the south-west landscapers for London Stone with a dedicated page on their website. Other achievements and accreditations include qualifying for the Lantra awards and receiving the Bark Certificate of Excellence this year.
Coming to our clients specific needs, we have extensive experience transforming all aspects of outdoor spaces, including but not limited to landscaping, garden redesign, general garden maintenance, planting, and turf care. As part of the BALI landscape dictionary, we also have the information of professionals who cater to other services that may be useful if, for example, home owners need services that we do not offer.
We possess all essential and modern tools for gardening, soft landscaping, and hard landscaping. To handle the more intensive activities that may arise, Our equipment is impeccably maintained to ensure reliability and cleanliness, which also helps us project a positive and professional impression as we conduct our duties.
At BG/JSM, we are dedicated to ensuring the health of our staff, physically and mentally. All of our staff is extensively trained in their respective specialties and the corresponding safety protocols. We also believe strongly in fairness of compensation and pay more than the minimum wage while offering numerous opportunities to diversify skills and advance within the business.
We always work in teams, ensuring that each team has a fully competent and qualified member in the categories of work they will be carrying out.
Our dedication to client satisfaction and emphasis on impeccable work quality make us confident that we will meet and exceed your expectations.
Mr Billy Grant, Managing director.
